About this course

Designed for CISOs, security leaders, architects, and senior cybersecurity professionals this course shows how to modernise vulnerability management, AppSec, SOC operations, incident response, Zero Trust, and security automation so defenders can operate at the speed required in the frontier AI era.

  • ✅ Understand the New AI-Accelerated Threat Landscape

Learn how frontier models such as Claude Mythos, Project Glasswing, and recent incidents such as the Hugging Face compromise are changing vulnerability discovery, attack velocity, and the assumptions behind traditional cybersecurity programmes.

  • ✅ Transform Vulnerability Management, AppSec, and Incident Response

See practical demonstrations of AI-assisted vulnerability prioritisation using KEV and EPSS, agentic AppSec workflows that review and remediate pull requests, and AI-powered SOC investigation across identity, endpoint, cloud, and user context.

  • ✅ Build an AI-Ready Security Programme

Learn how to identify security velocity gaps, decide where automation is appropriate, apply least privilege and human oversight to defensive AI agents, and use the included AI-Accelerated Attack Readiness Assessment to evaluate and improve your own cybersecurity programme.

FAQ

  • Is this course mainly about AI security or AI governance?

No. This course is focused on a different problem: how existing cybersecurity programmes need to adapt when attackers themselves gain access to increasingly capable AI and frontier models. The course is not primarily about securing LLM applications, complying with the EU AI Act, implementing the NIST AI RMF, or governing enterprise AI use. Instead, it focuses on vulnerability management, AppSec, SOC operations, incident response, identity, Zero Trust, and defensive automation in an AI-accelerated threat environment.

  • Do I need to be a CISO to take this course?

No. The course is written from a CISO and security-leadership perspective, but the concepts apply to many senior security roles. If you work in vulnerability management, AppSec, SOC, incident response, cloud security, architecture, or security engineering, the practical examples should still be directly relevant.

  • What practical demos are included?

The course includes three main demonstrations. The Vulnerability Management demo uses n8n to enrich scanner-style findings with CISA KEV, FIRST EPSS, internet exposure, and business criticality before automatically prioritising them. The AppSec demo shows an agentic GitHub workflow where AI reviews a pull request, identifies a security issue, proposes a remediation, independently verifies the fix, and summarises the result for the developer. The Incident Response demo shows AI-assisted SOC investigation using identity, endpoint, cloud, and user-history evidence before meaningful incidents are escalated to humans.
